Fernanda Kretzer is a paralegal with Russo Law.  She joined our firm following several years of work as a personal injury litigation paralegal in Polk County, Florida.

Fernanda began her experience as a paralegal in 2007 with Bartow lawyer Dan Moody and primarily focuses on cases involving personal injury, automobile accidents, semi-truck accidents, motorcycle accidents, medical malpractice, pharmacy errors, product liability, nursing home neglect, and slip and fall accidents. Fernanda manages a revolving caseload of pre-suit demand and litigation files for Mr. Russo. She also has assisted with probate and guardianship cases necessary for standing to bring a wrongful death case or on behalf of a minor child.

Fernanda is originally from Belo Horizonte, Brazil. She is bilingual, speaking both English and the language of Brazilian Portuguese. Fernanda attended Bartow High School in Bartow, Florida and graduated from Cascade High School in Everett, Washington. Fernanda and her family attend the Family Worship Center in Lakeland. Fernanda enjoys traveling and spending time with her family and friends.
