Brandon Gregorich died of injuries suffered when he was involved in a motorcycle accident on Thursday night. Gregorich was 23 years old. The accident happened at approximately 10:30 p.m. as he was headed eastbound on the Ronald Reagan Parkway near Roselli Boulevard. Gregorich was on a 2007 Yamaha 660 and is reported to have jumped the curb and traveled about 250 feet before hitting a pole. Gregorich was wearing a helmet but died at the scene of the accident. The posted speed limit in the area is 45 mph. Speed was reported to be a factor in the accident.

Tragedy Strikes When It Is Least Expected

This particular area is a nice area with sidewalks, curbed streets, and retirement neighborhoods. Gregorich was reported to live in Kissimmee and was likely traveling back home after doing something. Unfortunately, there does not appear to be any third party liability for this accident. This crash serves a reminder that we must always be careful and vigilant while driving on the roadway.

It is not known why Gregorich’s vehicle drifted and hit the southern curb of the roadway. This crash should also serve as a reminder that the laws, particularly the speed limits and places where it is necessary to yield other traffic, are there for a reason. If we do not follow the rules of the road, then people will inevitably get hurt. It is a tragedy whenever a young person loses their life as Mr. Gregorich did and our hearts go out to his family.
